When I think of the happiness

1. The happy have whole days, and those they choose. The unhappy have but hours, and those they lose.

2. Most people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy.

3. Even if happiness forgets you a little bit, never completely forget about it.

4. Happiness is always a by-product. It is probably a matter of temperament, and for anything I know it may be glandular. But it is not something that can be demanded from life, and if you are not happy you had better stop worrying about it and see what treasures you can pluck from your own brand of unhappiness.

5. We are who we are. We think what we think. We do what we do. No matter who tries to change that they want your happiness.

6. To be happy and to want to be happy are two different things. To be is happy all the way. To want to be is fake.
